The Rhode Island YMCA Alliance is proud to feature Angela F. Williams, YMCA of the USA Senior Vice President and General Counsel, as the keynote speaker and workshop presenter at the 2009 Rhode Island YMCA Alliance Key Leaders’ Dinner.
The YMCA Key Leaders’ Dinner, to which ALL YMCA leaders (Board members, volunteers, YMCA staff, et cetera) are invited, will be conducted on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza At the Crossings (801 Greenwich Avenue in Warwick, Rhode Island).
Angela will present an informative educational workshop at 4:30 PM titled “Nonprofits In The Spotlight: How Governance, The Economy and Community Needs Intersect”. Learn how YMCAs can make a greater impact in their community with fewer resources through good governance, accountability and transparency.
Angela’s keynote address is titled “National Positioning: Enhancing YMCA’s Response To Community Needs In Tough Times”.
