YMCA youth leaders from across The Constitution State are meeting in Hartford this weekend - March 6-8, 2009 - for the Connecticut YMCA Youth and Government Conference. Teens from the YMCA Youth Center in New Haven - pictured - are engaged in this "living laboratory of democracy" in the State Capitol.
