New Britaiin-Berlin YMCA Strategic Planning

The senior management team of the New Britain-Berlin YMCA retreated to YMCA Camp Sloper in Southington, Connecticut to operationalize the Association's new strategic plan. Small group sessions among the staff amplified the strategies and developed action steps to advance the objectives of the Plan.
