HOT Fund Raising

As part of its “fund and friend” raising effort to build a new YMCA, the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA asked the Branford & Guilford Fire Departments if they wished to use the house and office trailer used as the Soundview Branch’s temporary facility as a “fire-fighting training event”. They jumped at the chance and this also saved the YMCA demolition expenses….while helping the local fire department and getting great publicity for the YMCA from area television Channels 3, 8 and 30, in CT.
